Learn 2 Create (“L2C”) is operated by Pulse Customs. Pulse Customs is responsible for the information used to provide L2C accounts, purchases, and course access.
1. Information We Receive
When you sign in, we may receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and server roles needed to determine L2C access. If you link Roblox, we may receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile image, and course-pass ownership results. Stripe provides transaction identifiers, payment status, the purchased course, and limited checkout details. Payment-card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by L2C or Pulse Customs. We may also process your IP address for security and protected-content watermarking.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify purchases, deliver Discord roles, display eligible courses, protect restricted content, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, resolve payment issues, and operate Learn 2 Create.
3. Storage
Pulse Customs may store authentication sessions, account links, purchase references, and fulfillment records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate L2C, maintain access, meet accounting obligations, and prevent abuse. We do not ask for or store your Discord, Roblox, or payment password.
4. Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Discord supports sign-in and role delivery, Roblox supports account linking and ownership verification, Stripe processes card payments, and our hosting and storage providers support protected course delivery. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
5. Your Choices
You may sign out to end the active website session and revoke application access through Discord or Roblox settings. Some purchase, fulfillment, security, and dispute records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
